We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Quality Assurance

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Handmade Variations

Please appreciate that every piece is unique. Minor variations in texture, color, and size are characteristic of artisanal work and are not considered defects.

Email info@handoraz.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include photos for damaged items.

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your RA email.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
