Every Handoraz piece is artisan-crafted. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 business days. For custom or made-to-order items, please refer to the specific timeline on the product page.
Standard Shipping
We offer reliable standard shipping across India and select international destinations. Domestic delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing. International delivery timelines vary by location, generally between 10-21 business days.
International Delivery
We ship to over 50 countries. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by your local customs office.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment's journey directly through our 'Track Order' portal or the carrier's website.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our facility. Please ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate to avoid delays.
